Becoming a member: after reading our provider agreement take your first step towards a membership with us! Review the information and if it’s a fit, you’re on your way! and we’ve made it so easy!
Provider agreement : All providers are required to:
- Comply with all state regulations as it relates to their particular area of business, be insured (if applicable) and have been working professionally in their field a minimum of one year. Agree to a background check and professional reference checks. We work with TrueDiligence as our FCRA-compliant applicant screenor
- Provide excellence, meeting the needs of our clients to the best of their ability.
- Offer a discounted service rate to all new (first time) network clients.
- Promote wellness, professionalism and provide feedback for the continued success of the network.
STEP ONE:
Contact us to complete our provider application and help us get know you and your goals. This is done in person to ensure a complete process so that we can answer any questions you may have and don’t forget to ask about our membership incentive program.
STEP TWO:
After getting to know you and qualifying for our network, you join our Wellness directory and new business opportunities are developed through the network and website. Complete your profile including your photo, contact info,your website link (if you have one) and your offer to new clients.
STEP THREE:
Tell everyone about your new connection with YourWellnessNJ.com so they can find you on our website and benefit from yours and the networks life enriching services! Don’t forget to mention the “Perfect Gift” ! Gift cards mailed directly to you or your gift recipient!

When YourWellnessNJ Providers agree to accept Gift cards/certificates a 5% deduction will be made from the total reimbursement of the gift card/certificates for the month to cover the cost of the transactions only. All Gift Cards/certificates are submitted collectively at the end of each month by providers and our office will send reimbursement checks directly to the providers listed mailing address.
YourWellnessNJ.com Providers/Members fees are automatically charged monthly or annually through reoccurring billing. Any changes to Membership agreements or cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to our monthly billing cycle on the 5th of every month. Members will be automatically billed each month unless we are notified in writing
